cold bathawful pillows
The welcome wasn't very friendly. I wasn't offered cava or water. i expected that from a radisson. room service is not 24/7, a shame. the pillows were AWFUL! even with three pillows, my head ended up on the mattress anyway. the spa was disappointing. The massage was like petting, and the bath was cold.

the hotel's location was really convenient (i could walk to many places). the front desk staff provided great tips for exploring the city. i particularly appreciated pablo's insights upon arrival.
the room lacked natural light, feel quite dark. loud kitchen noises disturbed the peace when i opened the window. (not a great experience)
